Kindly read the following Terms and Conditions that regulates the products and services offered by SKINDAYS.​ By continuing to use this website, you agree to comply with, and be bound by, the following Terms and Conditions. Please read and understand the following terms and conditions in preparation for your visit to SKINDAYS. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.

OVERVIEW

These Terms of Service (these “Terms”) constitute an agreement between you, the user, and SKINDAYS PTE. LTD. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“SKINDAYS”, “we” or “us”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the website located at https://www.ourskindays.com and related websites and mobile applications (the “Website”), including any content, functionality and services offered on or through the Website, and any of our other products or services (collectively, the “Services”), whether or not you register as a user. Please read the Terms carefully because they contain provisions that affect your rights and obligations, including a mandatory arbitration provision and a waiver of your right to participate in a class action. By using the Services, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, found at https://www.ourskindays.com/pages/privacy-policy/, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not want to agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Services.

The Services are offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and are otherwise capable of forming a legally binding contract with SKINDAYS. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the Services. You acknowledge and confirm that (i) you have read and understand all of the terms, conditions, policies, provisions, disclosures and disclaimers contained herein, (ii) these Terms have the same force and effect as a signed agreement, and (iii) you expressly accept and agree to be bound by the terms hereof.

ARRIVAL TIME

To enjoy the best experience at SKINDAYS, we invite clients to arrive 10 minutes early for bookings to ensure there is plenty of time to check in, use the bathroom and to fill out any necessary forms. As a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to. Any last minute changes or late arrivals may result in the service being shortened, rescheduled or cancelled and/or incur administrative fees.

BOOKINGS

All appointments are pre-allocated a time according to the service(s) requested during the booking of appointment. If we did not receive your request for a particular service, we will not allocate more time to your service and we reserve the right to turn you down as a courtesy to the next client scheduled after you.

To avoid disappointment and to ensure sufficient time is allocated to your appointment, please indicate your preferred services during the booking of appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At SKINDAYS, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy in order to accommodate the high demand of appointments. This policy applies across the board whether booked in person, on the phone, via email or online through our website. If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you are required to inform us at least 4 hours before your appointment. 

 

For all members of SKINDAYS, failure to notify us at least 4 hours before your appointment may result in additional charges and/or a deduction in your membership account.

LATE ARRIVALS

 

Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late will risk their appointment being shortened, rescheduled or cancelled. Please note in the event of a late arrival, we may not be able to carry out the complete treatment, you will however still be charged for the full value of the treatment that was made at time of booking. 

MEMBERSHIPS

 

All membership sign-ups must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable between accounts. Depending on the membership type, all memberships purchased from SKINDAYS are valid for either 1 or 2 years and validity begins on the date of purchase. All services purchased must be redeemed within the validity period; any treatments left untaken after will be forfeited. Please note we will not entertain any requests to extend the validity of memberships that have already expired.

FESTIVE SEASONS

A peak period surcharge may be imposed during festive seasons such as Chinese New Year and Christmas due to the increase in demand for services and limited resources. The surcharge amount may vary according to demand, time and period. All surcharges apply to all clients (members / non-members) and are payable up-front in cash. The surcharge is strictly not deductible from memberships.​ A notice indicating the surcharges will be placed at our reception at least 1 week before the start of the peak period.

GIFT VOUCHERS

If you are paying with a gift voucher, please note that you are required to provide details beforehand at the time of booking. All gift vouchers must be presented at reception upon arrival for the booked treatment. If you fail to do so, we reserve the right to reject the use of the gift voucher on the day of your appointment and you will be required to pay for the full service amount.


All gift vouchers are valid for a period of 3 or 6 months as indicated at the back of the voucher. SKINDAYS will not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers. All gift vouchers are only applicable for ala-carte services and are not valid for use with any promotions, discounts or offers. Vouchers are also not redeemable for cash and must be fully utilised when making payment. Change will not be given.

LOST PROPERTY

All clients are to look after their own property while at SKINDAYS as we are unable to take responsibility of items left unattended. 

AFTERCARE

In the event you encounter or have any post-treatment concerns, contact us immediately at +65 8819 8630.

PATCH TESTS

If you have overly sensitive skin or any specific allergies that may be affected by our treatments or products, do let us know before your appointment. We will arrange for a patch test 24 hours prior to your first treatment for your safety. Providing no adverse reactions take place, we will be happy to treat you safely. 


We will not be held responsible if you do not disclose any medications or condition that may affect your treatment. 

PRIVACY

All clients of SKINDAYS can be assured that your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to maintaining the privacy of any personal information we collect from you. We do not share any of your personal information with any third party organisations and we abide by the Personal Data Protection Act.

REFUNDS

All purchases are final and we do not entertain any requests for exchange or refund.

PROMOTIONS

Various promotional offers may run throughout the year and restrictions may apply. Offers are not to be used in conjunction with each other. SKINDAYS reserves the right to cancel any promotions running at any given time.

THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENTS

Please note we reserve the right to refuse treatments if any disrespect and rudeness towards SKINDAYS aestheticians and staff is found.

 

CHANGES

 

SKINDAYS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions regularly whenever you book a service or purchase products from us or use our Web Site.

DISCLAIMER

As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant to SKINDAYS that you will not use this Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. Treatments, services, products and/or facilities received or utilized at SKINDAYS are intended for general purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical treatment for any condition, health, medical or otherwise, that customers may have. Clients agree to indemnify SKINDAYS on a full indemnity basis for all direct and consequential loss and damage and liabilities (whether monetary or capable of being converted into money) suffered by SKINDAYS as a result of, or caused by, or contributed to by any act, omission or default of the client under these Terms and Conditions.

Please also note that the information on this website is for information purposes only. It is not intended or implied to be a substitute for professional medical advice relative to your specific medical condition or question. The photos on this website are not intended to represent the results that every patient can expect and are only meant for aesthetic, illustrative and educational purposes only. SKINDAYS makes no representations or warranties with respect to any information through the website of SKINDAYS regarding procedures, action or application of treatment. Neither SKINDAYS or any of its aestheticians will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or other damages arising therefrom. SKINDAYS and its aestheticians do not promise or guarantee specific results or a cure for skin problems or conditions. Changes, improvements and results can vary greatly from patient to patient.
