How long does it take to see results from a Skindays facial?

Do I have to sign up for a package after my trial session?
Never. We don’t believe in hard-selling or locking you into rigid packages. If you love your experience, you’re welcome to come back as a pay-per-visit client or explore our flexible membership options — but only if it feels right for you.
What if I have sensitive or acne-prone skin?
Not to worry — our treatments are gentle, safe, and suitable even for sensitive or acne-prone skin. During your consultation, we take extra care to understand your concerns. If there’s anything specific you'd like us to be aware of, feel free to let your therapist know.
Can I choose which facial I want for the trial?
Yes, you can! When booking, you’ll see a few options to choose from — but don’t worry if you’re unsure. Our experts will guide you during the consultation and may recommend the most suitable facial based on your skin’s current needs. It’s all about getting you the best results.
What happens if I miss my first appointment without notice?
No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the $10 deposit. If you’ve purchased a credit bundle, 1 session may be deducted. We kindly ask all clients to inform us as early as possible if they’re unable to attend.
Who is eligible for the $75 trial facial at Skindays?
The $75 Trial Facial is exclusively available to first-time local customers aged 18 and above—including Singapore Citizens, PRs, and long-term pass holders (S Pass, Work Permit, and LTVP) residing in Singapore. Tourists, foreigners visiting Singapore, or individuals under 18 are welcome to enjoy our facials at standard pricing. If you’re unsure about your eligibility, feel free to reach out—our team will be happy to assist you.
How does the Skindays $75 facial trial work and what does it include?
Your session begins with a professional skin consultation, where our experts assess your skin type and concerns. From there, we recommend a 75-minute facial based on what your skin truly needs. The facial includes a double cleanse, exfoliation, deep pore cleansing, hydration boost, facial and shoulder massage, and finishing products. Every step works towards addressing your concerns like acne, dullness, or dehydration—so you leave with skin that feels refreshed and glowing.
How do I book my appointment online?
You can book through our online platform—just be sure to register with the correct email address and phone number, as you’ll use these to log in and manage your bookings. If you need urgent help accessing your account, feel free to drop us a WhatsApp message or send us an email — we’ll be happy to assist you.
What happens after I purchase a membership?
Once you sign up, your credits will be added to your account immediately. You can book your facial anytime through our website. Each session is tailored to your skin’s needs on the day, with our therapists guiding you to the most suitable treatment. Just show up—we’ll take care of the rest.
How do I know which credit bundle is right for me?
We’ve made it simple. If you’re starting your skin journey, our smallest bundle is a great place to begin. Want more flexibility for add-ons or multiple treatments? A larger bundle gives you more value per credit. Not sure? Book your facial with us and we’ll guide you based on your skin goals.
Can I use my credits for any facial or targeted treatment?
Yes! Your credits are fully flexible. Use them on any of our signature facials, targeted skin treatments, or enhancements. Every session is personalised based on your skin that day—so you always get what’s right for you.
What happens if I’m unable to use my credits before they expire?
All Skindays credit bundles come with a fixed validity period of 1 to 2 years and are strictly non-extendable once expired. If you’re unable to use your credits in time, the remaining balance will unfortunately be forfeited. However, we understand that unexpected situations can arise—if you anticipate any issues, please contact us before your credits expire, and we’ll review your case on a case-by-case basis. We’re here to help wherever we can.
Can I transfer my facial credits to someone else?
Yes, facial credits are transferable and can be shared with a friend or loved one. Just inform our team in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements on your account. It’s a great way to gift someone a Skindays experience.
Are Skindays facial credits or memberships refundable?
All facial credit purchases and memberships are strictly non-refundable. However, credits are valid for 1 to 2 years, depending on the bundle, giving you ample time to use them. We encourage clients to reach out to us if they need assistance choosing the right bundle or understanding validity periods.
Can I pay for my Skindays membership in instalments?
Yes, we offer flexible in-house instalment plans for selected credit bundles. While we don’t accept credit card instalment payments, our own instalment option is available exclusively in-store and designed to make it easier for you to commit to long-term skin health without the upfront cost. Just speak to our team after your facial and we’ll walk you through the eligible bundles and payment schedule.

You simply purchase a credit bundle that suits your needs and use the credits at your own pace. Whether your skin needs hydration, detox, brightening, or gentle renewal, you decide what’s best each session. Credits are valid for 1 to 2 years, depending on the bundle—giving you full control over your skincare journey, on your terms.
How do I book a group appointment?
For group bookings of 5 and more, please contact us directly via Whatsapp and provide details such as the number of people, preferred date and time, and any specific requirements. Our team will assist you in coordinating and confirming your group appointment.
How do I change or cancel an appointment?
To modify or cancel your appointment, please use our online booking system at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled time. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule efficiently. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeiture of your deposit or a deduction from your credit bundle, depending on your membership status.
How far in advance should I book a facial?
We recommend booking your facial at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time, especially for weekend slots. However, last-minute appointments may be available. You can check real-time availability and book directly through our website.
What happens if I miss my appointment without notice?
If you’re unable to attend your appointment, please cancel or reschedule via our booking system at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled time. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our therapists’ time fairly. If no notice is given, for members or those using a credit bundle, 1 session may be deducted. We seek your kind understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth experience for all.
What happens if I arrive late for my appointment?
If you arrive late for your Skindays appointment, we’ll do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, to respect all clients' schedules, your treatment may be shortened if there is a booking immediately after yours. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early so you can enjoy the full experience without feeling rushed. Please note that late arrivals may still be charged the full treatment amount.
